Mr. Belnap has more than 30 years experience in designing low voltage and high voltage, switching-mode power supplies to 28kV for military and industrial applications. He is experienced in designing high power systems, high voltage transformers, insulation systems for high voltage circuits and assemblies to minimize corona which operate in harsh environments, developing high voltage feedback and control circuits, and performing circuit simulations.
